I know I’ve been teasing you with a secret non-knitting project for MONTHS now, but everything is finally ready to share.
Yes, we’ve closed on a property and will be moving to Maine… (once the house is built)!!!
For these past 2 decades of illness my goal and desire has been to glorify God in and through it. If possible, I also wanted to let Him use me for the help of my fellow people with EI. 20 years is a lot of experiential knowledge and with that in mind, camera dad has agreed to take on a new career to see my vision for a place of rejuvenation as well as education come to life. At long last, I’m thrilled to introduce you all to
How does this effect Knit Eco Chic? Over the next few months I’ll be testing building products to ensure I’m moving into a home that won’t cause my illness to flare. As that happens, I may drop in and out of social media / online presence depending upon the reactions I go through. However, I’m still planning to keep to my originally scheduled publishing year – the Moebi Knits Pattern Club 2020 taking highest priority as well as self-published designs and our annual MKAL.
Thank you all for your continued support and for joining me in celebrating this exciting news! If you’ve got a heart for canaries (people with acute environmental illness), please do check out our website to see our purpose in Maine.
Happy Knitting!

Thank you, Deirdre!! To bring honor to God through it has taught me and to use that knowledge to bless others traveling the same road is a blessing He’s brought to these years of illness.
