Calling all crafters!  Check out this donation call from Jessica (snickerdoodleknits) and Hearts on Fiber yarn shop.  To help warm up those impacted by Hurricane Helene, they’ve arranged the NC located Hearts of Fire LYS to be a donation location for your warmup knit donations!

For those of you who’ve donated time and / or money – thank you!  If you who are still looking for a way to get involved or involved more, perhaps this is what you’ve been looking for? https://www.snickerdoodleknits.com/keepwncwarm

Some additional tips

– several designers are offering a discount on patterns or complimentary patterns for charity (only) knitting purposes.  I’ve started an IG story highlight and will post up as I find them.  Feel free to tag me on IG on ones you see so I can add it, too!

– pick a flat rate ship box that fits your budget and craft away until it’s full!  (Thanks to Isabella – Fiber.and.fox – for that excellent tip)

I’m jumping in full as a knitter (oh and crocheter)! After diving through my prototypes / samples for warm ones, my first CO is Mad as a Hatter by Orchard House Editing… a crochet project :-).  Will you join us?  Simply post your projects on social media with #keepwncwarm!
