Summer heat used to be a time to put knitting aside, but not anymore. Introducing Savannah, a quick knit design that will get your knitting needles active and your outfits accessorized through the dog days of summer. Inspired by Spanish moss and the charming Southern city of Savannah, this design makes a statement of your choosing. The pattern is replete with customization opportunities: beads, length, and width, and two methods of closure. Make the design a cowl, with the provisional cast on method, or an item of jewelry, with the jewelry clasp method. Click here to read the blog post story behind the design.
The pattern includes written and charted directions, a glossary, and pictures. A you tube video demonstrating the jewelry clasp is available too. Tech edited by Sashka Macievich.
