Today, June 5th, is World Environment Day. Dedicated so by the UN, “World Environment Day (WED) is the United Nations’ principal vehicle for encouraging worldwide awareness and action for the environment” (http://www.unep.org/wed/about). To celebrate “Seven Billion Dreams. One Planet. Consume with Care,” Marie from the Underground Crafter asked me to guest post on environmental knitting/ crocheting on her blog. Read my full post here and share your love of eco knitting/ crochet with your friends, neighbours, and fellow crafters!
